Experienced and New Players Welcome at Nottinghamshire PFC and Nottingham Forest PFC

Are you interested in Powerchair Football? Whether you’re completely new to the sport or an experienced player looking for a fresh opportunity, Nottinghamshire PFC and Nottingham Forest PFC would love to hear from you.

We’re proud to be part of the WFA National Championship League, with two competitive teams and a welcoming, passionate community of players, coaches, and volunteers. Right now, we’re actively seeking experienced players to join our squads for the 2025/2026 Season. If you’re a good fit for the team and the squad dynamic, you’ll be given opportunities to get game time and grow with us. You will also get to play in the WFA Cup and WMPRL Regional Leagues, giving you many opportunities to learn and play at varying levels.

We also welcome player transfers. If you’re already with another club and interested in joining us, please follow WFA transfer guidelines by speaking with your current club before reaching out to our secretary (this only applies if during the season).

Monday Night Sessions – A Great Starting Point

If you’re new to Powerchair Football or just want to give it a try in a relaxed and inclusive environment, we’d love to invite you to one of our Nottinghamshire Outlaws Monday night sessions. These sessions are ideal for beginners or returning players looking to rebuild confidence and skill. They’re a fantastic way to get to know the sport, meet the team, and decide if it’s right for you.

A Note on Availability

We do our best to accommodate everyone, but we have a limited number of chairs and space, so there may be a waiting list before you can begin training or playing matches. If you’re an experienced player, we’ll chat with you first to discuss your playing background and availability before inviting you to attend a training session.
